#94859 Yo, i just bought a turbo kit for my D15 and was wondering if there were anythings i needed to do before just throwing the kit on. the kit has a WRX TD04L turbo, turbo manifold, slimline front mount intercooler, custom welded intercooler piping, blow-off valve, manual boost controller and hoses and clamps...

i know it will need a tune so what ecu/piggy back system should i use?

#94877 I'm a fan of the chipped p06/p28 on CROME. ECTune, NEPtune and such are also good programs for the home tuner.

Can't go wrong with AEM but it can hurt the wallet, as well as Hondata.

You running a WB o2 as well?

Crome has its learning curves no doubt. It's perfect if you're a cheap ass like me :D

Uberdata is decent as well

#94979 Crome, freelog, a wideband, and moates ostrich.

If you don't know much about tuning, i suggest calling around and finding your local tuner and have them do it.

#97494 Rod bolts are a weakness in the D trust me  (pics in my garage link) SO i would ARP the thing also get yourself a steel(all the vtec D's have them) head gasket and put it in asap. those would be the bare minimal to keep the thing together.
