Do you have the pump on a timer to cool down the turbo bearings after driving and shut down ?
Is there any kind of warning light/signal if the pump should fail and stop lubricating your turbo ?
How does the breather work, assuming that filter is a breather ?
questions questions
I will be using just a standard turbo timer to keep the pump on after i turno off my car.
I actually have a regulator with a gauge that I can see from the cockpit. So as long as i see pressure then the pump is chugging along.
Yes the breather filter is just that. So I don't create a redicilous amount of pressure in the system.
As for being a trend, I sure hope so. Its a bit more involved by building the system and a bit more expensive because of the pump. But turbo werks makes the pump for $230. and I just built everything else at work. But most everyone can go to a local parker store or hardware store to get the braided lines completed.
Any other questions feel free to ask. I can also take some more pics if need be.
