wait wait..what did you order graham? a 23mm swaybar ? The 23mm swaybar bolts for the d brackets sit much further away preventing the 13mm brackets holes to line up properly.

alot of the d bracket parts do not apply to the 23mm like the metal piece. that bolts to the subframe..

i would go with this setup..

since you have most pieces, you can piece out what you don't have included in the EG sway bar drop in kit.

#56381 I got the bar without the bolts and brackets to attach them so just ordered the bolts to that go through the droplinks into the LCA, the brackets that attach it to the subframe and the bolts that hold it to the subframe - ive tried them all up against the car though and it all lines up but need a few more parts before i can fit it by the looks of things... Its an oem 98 spec ITR rear one

Wasnt going to fit it just now anyway since i havent found a front one, just bought it as it came up for a good price. Ive been directed to the ASR brace so ill have a think about one of them, id have preferred to keep things oem but i also dont want to damage my subframe!! :P

#56382 th beaks one will minimize the look of an aftermarket tie bar.

EG subframes surfaces are not flat, where as the ITR one.

You could always go comptech too ;)

How pikey are you wanting to go Graham, as i've just designed a similar brace for my dad to get cut out at work on the plasma cutter. Got a prototype done before he went on holiday just need to work out how thick its going to need to be. Only problem is it will most likely be cut out of plate steal so not gonna be the lightest, but a s**t lot cheaper. So if you want one i could maybe be persuaded to get another cut will try and get some pics of it, but i'm at my dads the now working on the car and the net up here is crap would be quicker with a carrier pigeon.

I was also wondering what sort of bracing if any would i need to run a front ITR ARB?

LowTec: My bad for bringing this up after so long but need your expertice advice. What sway bar did you get yours from and the reason i ask you personally is because you have a coupe like mine except mine is a DX. I did read and it mentions that you can have sub frame damage. I dont definitely dont want that and it dont hurt to ask.
Thanks in advance.. :thumb: :thumb:
