My name is kirk i am from Nova Scotia, Canada. I have actually known about this site for a lilttle while but finally joined haha. My work-in-progress is a 92 DX hatchback. It is originally white but i i have 3 different color primers on it at the moment.
A brief "Has" and "To-do" list to sum it up.

Has:
Catback exhaust Not sure of the brand
Stock miata rims that were bored out to fit
AEM cold air intake
Completely gutted(no heater or blower motor)
A LOT of rust to fix :thumbdown:
I just finished some stainless steal foot pedals

To-do:
Fix the rust and weld on my new quarters i have had for a some time now
Fresh paint I think i am going black (The rim viewer on this site rocks! :thumb: :thumb: )
Rota Boost or grind 15 or 16 gold
new motor - I would love a b18c1 but they are so expensive haha i am poor. Probably end up with a B16.
I am hoping to start making some kevlar front fenders soon SUPER lightweight haha
replace front and rear bumber skins ( In a weak moment i cut out the front bumper :o )
and the list goes on haha


I will have some pictures soon. Kind of embarassing to show it now.

I am doing as much work myself as i can. I just like the satisfaction i get when i finish something haha

As for the body work i have been practicing welding and i am alright with it but i don't want to creat more work for myself by warping the metal. There is a lot of rust as i previously stated. I read your post on honda rust teal_dx and ordered what look to be the same panels you used. The my problem now it the rocker panels and the inner wheel wells are rusted fairly extensively. I just found a site that has both for sale ( I will repost the link because i can't post websites yet haha) But i don't know if it would be worth the money and the cost of shipping. As well friggin' custom charges :x

I hope to start making some kevlar fender for eg's and integra's with my friend at school. Maybe make some money selling some, who knows.
