remove chrome tie bar and install in the lower engine bay
install correct tie bar (blue)
install polyurethane bushing and then stabilizer bar (blue)

left the garage early today due to some obligations. at the time i took the pictures the sun was in a very annoying position lol .. so pics quality isn't too good

installed intake manifold, throttle body and oil cap

- Thu Jul 02, 2015 4:38 am #354512 i got a lot done over the period and i am satisfied. my intention tomorrow is only to clear my bumpers and have them installed on the car. i may fit my head and tail lights to see how it looks

i did a real major clean today on the interior of the car. used a compressor and blew out everything. i had inches of bando dust within my doors . the car is completely closed up now so dust shouldn't be a problem going forward.

my post tomorrow on return from the garage will detail my next steps

Got my bumpers cleared and temporarily installed them on the car. i will give a proper update tomorrow on the current status and whats next

got some really good news today ... my vacation has been approved

will be off from the 19th June to the 3rd July ... planning to take a weekend trip on the north coast with the family first, so i will be back in town and at the garage bright and early monday the 22nd. i promise pics galore

based on some budgetary constraint i wont be able to compete the car over the 2 weeks... i will be doing the following over the period;

complete the spraying and installation of the engine and gearbox
complete the entire engine bay (spray and installation of everything)
spray and install complete muffler system, including muffler pan
spray and install all tie bars
install all glass (windshiled, doors and back glass)
spray and install dashboard and all other interior panels (doors, console, pillars etc)

what would be left after that is;
purchase and install misc interior parts (seats (F/R), steering, shortshifter, knob, boot, gauge cluster, pedals etc)
complete electrical work, to include wire tuck and relocation of fuse box and battery

stay tunned

got the stuff in red completed as planned. i will now make plans on how to achieve the rest and will give you a full update shortly .. for now i am back at work

nice to see it starting to get put back together.

finally some progression .... this month makes a year that i have purchased the car and i was hoping to complete by now

very anxious, since purchasing it i have only driven it for 5 minutes, and that was from the garage to the body shop
