#33127 Oil Catch Cans collect the oil, moisture, and blow-by gas that causes carbon and sludge build-up in the intake system and engine.

#33128 it prevents oil blowby from being sucked back in to your intake. overtime it will build up crud inside, and it can make its way into the combustion chamber which can decrease performance to the point of pinging/detonation.

I guess you learn something everyday.

There are alot of different ways to setup catch cans, and it will depend on what you are doing with your engine.

ex. turbo or na, one will be positive and the other will be negative

Yeah, the line that goes from your valvecover to your intake is the main reason your throttle body and intake mani get all nasty.

#33993 yeah it is simple to install, just bolt it to the firewall and then connect the hoses to it. the valve cover hose is simple, but the crankcase hose is a little harder to get to.
