saw on a post here and got the idea of painting some bottle cap bmw wheels for my car.... I went to a junkyard with a friend and to these Mofos for 50$ all in good shape no bends or curbs
1. used aircraft stripper to take of all paint and clearcoat primer.
2. after cleaned and got the lip lookin nice i got some anodized Red for the lip and painted the lip.
3. Painted the red and waited a while for it to dry nicely and the taped off all the lip on it.
4. After painting the lip and taped i then went on to spraying the black onto the face of the wheel, 8 thin coats of black.
5. After dry i uncovered the wheel and applied a couple of layers of clearcoat to prevent chippin. and the result is this.
