#121749 Right when i dropped my b16 it wasnt doing this. And for some reason my fan stopped working and it overheated about 3 times. And then it started to leak oil between the head and block on the corner by where the tranny is. After that i had the head resurfaced and with another new head gasket but it still keeps doing it. Could it be a warped block?

#122098 take your head back off. then you need to get a nice perfect and strait pc of metal and a feeler gage and go from corner to corner in a diagnal patern. and run the feeler between the metal and the block. im not sure of the spesifications on what its suppose to be. but thats what i would do. just like checking the head.might have to get the block resurfaced.

#124005 except that you're possibly mixing your coolant with your oil with a warped head/leaking head gasket
Definitely a problem when your coolant passages become gummed up with oil like veins after you eat at Mc Donalds.

And you definitely don't want coolant in your oil. water & oil don't mix and you can't lubricate your engine with water.

I'd check it out asap :thumb:

#124079 im going to get the block resurfaced in about a week or two when i move. It sucks living in apartments. Ive been checking the oil and the water constantly and it looks fine, nothing weird. i dont drive it a lot for the same reason, but when i do i drive like a grandma. But im definitely not going to drive it for years like that.

#124783 thats cool that you will get the block resurfaced. That leak is external only and very common on dohc motors :thumb:
