- Sun May 17, 2009 5:32 am #117361 so i took out my interior today and found this on the driver side (usdm) fender well. could i cut out and weld in a new piece?

- Sun May 17, 2009 1:23 pm #117382 that's a tough area to reach for doing body work. If it's not rusted (looks like it isn't) then I would just patch the holes and call it a day. You could even look for some tiny plugs to put in the holes and then seal them with some silicone sealant or similar.

If it is not rusty then dont go through the trouble of cutting it out. a few holes aren't going to cause any structural weakness. :thumb:
