this is for B, cant seem to find one for d, the wastegates are all only on 1 or two of the manifold exits.

or does anyone know if these are any good.?

#112216 Try inline-pro, or maybe drag. I understand it is more efficiant to have the wasre gate centered, but you'd do just fine with it on the one runner. i have a friend with a 410hp sohc, with that mani.

#112264 Drag is offset to one side, there's $100 knockoffs of that model all over ebay. As mentioned, Inline Pro is the only one ive seen with the centered WG, runs about $300.

Stay away from logs where the #1 and #4 cyls flow into each other. The cast manifolds at least all flow down.

its not so much about efficiency as it is the pressure relief. you'll only be relieving the pressure off of one cylinder creating a very low spot in pressure on one side of the manifold while the other 3 cylinders are still pushing full force without being relieved. i'd imagine that it'd create quite a bit of turbulence and even go as far as causing one cylinder, the one being relieved, to become ill..

i mean think about it, it'd be like running a manifold connected to 3 ports with the 4th one hacked off and just free emptying into the engine bay..

By efficiency i was talking about pressure relief not being equal.
And it will be just fine. If you'd like you can try telling the three different guys in four years that have owned this sohc all making 400+ and never had a problem, that one cylinder will become "ill" due to pressure relief not being equal.

Back on with his question, Try SPA. Thiere top mounts are sick!

Search SPA D16 on ebay and you'll find it

#113196 The cast ones with the WG in the center are on ebay you just have to catch them I dont know really anywhere else that sells them. But with the other DRAG knockoffs I used to have one and there are no issues with the WG running off that one runner to be honest. Never boost spiked nor caused any other problems. Though If I where to use one of those cast things I would opt for the WG port to be in the middle. But the best advice I could give you is to get a mini ram or full ram......
