#353909 Turns out since the caliper was seizing up on the front passenger side, the rotor is most likely warped. replacing it soon!

#353981 Drove it today, wheel seizes up after around 15 minutes of normal driving at around 45mph. Any thoughts on what it could be? Replaced the hard line, the soft line, and the caliper as well as go new pads. The rotor is still the same although it didn't look that warped. Maybe the wheel bearing? Any ideas?? Let me know, guys. :thumb:

#353982 pop the caliper off and see if u can spin the hub. if not then its the wheel bearing for sure.

#353985 Well, it seized up on me today after work. Tried to push the brake pedal down to see what would happen, it was hard as a rock.
So I'm leaning more towards brakes as the problem. Still gotta check the hub thing that you told me, Trailer. But now I'm leaning more towards the brakes.

But then, as I was on the highway in 5th gear going 70-75 mph at 3k, it sputtered a bit and surged, then was normal for a second or two, then did it again. It kept doing this, so I slowed down a bit and dropped into 4th gear. It did the same thing. So I slowed down more (At this point going 40 mph on the highway with my hazards on) and it STILL was surging and sputtering. By the time I was going 20 mph and dropped it in to 2nd gear, it sputtered and surged for a few seconds and then accelerated like normal though all the gears and I was able to drive it for 15 miles or so before it did that again. When it did it again, I did the same thing and by the time I got to 2nd gear, it accelerated like normal again. Then I got 2 miles down the road and it did it again, but this time when I got down to 20mph and shifted into 2nd, it sputtered and surged for a second, then the car shut off and the battery was dead. Had to call my brother to give me a jump start. While I waited, I checked the spark plug cylinders and cylinders 2 and 4 had some oil in them. Maybe the valve cover spark plug seals? Someone help me out  :?

Here's a pic of her on the side of the road:

#354659 pics are not showing as I type this, but oil in the spark plug tops is usually the donut gaskets on the valve cover. As for the surging, it sounds like your charging system was not doing its job if the battery was completely dead after driving the car.
