budget? reasons for lowering? is ~ to look better, perform better, you want a fast road set up or track set up?

after market shocks with adjustable coilover springs???
second hand set of decent shocks could be bought on ebay quite easily... coilover springs can be bought cheap as chips on ebay as well.
will give you full control on height but will also stiffen the ride up to perform better around corners.
i have heard the ebay coilover springs are VERY stiff though.

Get rid of those 22's lol!
Seriously though your not going to be able to lower it with them enough to look good.

If you wanna lower your car, I suggest getting some 15" rims first then try visiting your local shops there. Try Speedtech and talk to Will or Jackie, they'll hook you up.
