LSHatchKid you seriously need to learn how to use Google dude or look at other forums like Hondatech.com. They have mahoosive resources on the questions your asking. And Greasedmonkey would be absolutely correct about the cams. Crower are excellent for non-VTEC turbo set ups. With the measurements you need to do research into turbo builds or speak to a local race shop who may be able to assist you and break it down for you to understand. It all depends on what turbo your using, how much power you want to put down and the reaction of the gear ratio's with the tranny your using in the build. I'm not sure how aggressive the Crower cams are so research into it more, obviously your head needs to be machined and uprated internals and possibly bottom end block reinforcement, not too sure about the b20 bottom end.
