- Tue Sep 30, 2008 2:14 am #72012 You dont have to send the head out to a machince shop. You will need a tranny that will bolt up to the B series motor you have. LS, GSR or B16a tranny. You cant use your stock D series tranny.

- Wed Oct 01, 2008 1:47 am #72203 A B20 tranny wont even fit in the car. You only have 4 choices. GSR, ITR, B16a and LS. The LS has the shortest gears out of all of them which also means you accelerate the slowest.

- Thu Oct 02, 2008 2:50 am #72358 LS does have the longest gearing, and B16a has the shortest. The GSR is right in the middle. LS tranny has pretty much the same gearing as a EX/Si tranny from the D16z6.

As for the cams, Crower and Exospeed are the only makers of NON vtec cams that I know of. Pro 1s, are you talking about skunk2 cams? If so, those are for VTEC motors.
