#57979 I also pulled out the carpet, the subwoofer and the (heavy) MDF cover I built, looks cool IMO

Have to re-lower the car though, looks like shit right now :lol:

Also made a deal with a guy I know;
I'm buying a B16B shortblock from him, wich is fitted with B18C-R internals :twisted:
I'm prob. going to install Eagle rods and Wiseco pistons though, I want low/medium boost :)

#58238 I just finished changing my oil.
Before changing it I gave it an Wynns 'oil system cleaner' treatment, when changing the oil, it was pitch black, but luckily not like 'metallic paint'.
Changed the filter, new oil, and added a can of Wynns engine treatment stuff (if it doesn't help, it can't hurt it either).

After that, I let the car run untill it was at it's normal operating temperature, and took out my new compression tester... these are my scores, from the timing belt to the distributor;
1: 6.90 bar
2: 6.75 bar
3: 6.80 bar
4: 8.00 bar

Two years ago it was also tested, at 10.2 and 10.1, so I'm fucked.

#58450 I did it wrong, no throttle.
Redid it yesterday afternoon at WOT;
1. 16.1 bar
2. 16.0
3. 16.1
4. 16.0

St00pid high, I don't get it... have to go and test the thing on another B16 I guess :?

Shot a short video this morning;

#58873 Came across a nice deal for a new PLX SM-AFR wide band set on eBay today, so I ordered it :)

Let's hope it gets here quickly, I like toys hehe, for that matter, I think I should look for a nice A'pexi VAFC, just to have it :P

#59794 Received the PLX kit yesterday, but didn't see that the gauge wasn't included, so I had to order it yesterday after opening the package.

And for this weeks update;

Now let's clean it, and put on a nice color (dark grey).
And yes, P73 means that this is a B16B converted to a B18C spec R :woot:

#62797 Finally got to installing the Works, I've bought Bridgestone Potenza RE050A (195-45-16) for them and put it on this weekend.
Because of the bad weather over here, I could only just wash it quickly, and snap some hasty pics... they aren't fancy but they'll do the job for now :)

For those who'd like to know;
Speedline (15") with Dunlop SP9000 195-50-15 - 16,2kg
Speedline (15") with Bridgestone Potenza RE720 195-50-15 - 17,2kg
Work (16") with Bridgestone Potenza RE050A slof - 15kg

Also I ordered a turbokit from xs.power.com (Integra 'Cyclone' kit), and I'm in the process ordering a Moroso oilpan, waiting for the seller to reply my email.

#66071 Moroso oilpan; not going to happen, aluminum is too weak for daily use, can't afford to bash it open on the first big rock I encounter.
Turbokit; cancelled, friend of mine had a better SSAC kit collecting dust in the bedroom.

Yesterday night; nice and tight; the i/c rests on 2 small stands I made, and one bar on the upside, just to be sure.

Today, piping :)
