#42848 ok i ahve decided to port my head for my d16a6 bottoma and d16z6 head swap i will first do a head port on an extra head to try it out and see what happend ok heres what i know and if u guys can help if i misssed something .

port kit

paint porting spot with marker to see when u port how much u have take out

air drill tool thingi

pasta stuff for when porting and sanding down

let me know anything u knw about porting or if u have any vids, really appreciate it thanks T

#43651 Just a tip, leave the intake side rough. don't polish it. the rough edges help to atomize and mix the fuel/air.

#58380 No. You want it smooth on the exhaust side so it flows right through. But rough on the intake so it will mix better.

#58385 man all the years we have been porting head we have always left the exhaust as is and ported the intake , better flow in, and the exhaust will get filled up with well exhaust burnt shit so it doesnt matter,
