You may remember the black 2nd gen xB w/ pink wheels:
http://www.civic-eg.com/viewtopic.php?t=3974
The owner of the vehicle is the admin/owner of a parther site I do work for, http://ohioscions.com
He was looking for a vehicle wrap to make his xB a rolling billboard for his website. Here's what I designed for him:
The vehicle would need to be sprayed in a clear satin to dull it down, close to flat black but not as flat. Then the black graphics will be gloss black + bright pink to match the wheels and give the look that he just drove through a puddle of pink paint.
I highly doubt he will want to dull the entire vehicle, so the final will probably be flat black vinyl graphics on a gloss black vehicle. Won't pop as much as the drawing, but should still draw some attention.
