yea its bright because i thought it would need to be that bright so when the rims are rolling you get the red ring effect when in motion. i wanted black rims and i have a black car so i thought i would break it up a little , because my valve cover is red, so will the aem intake pipe i get and i hope to be gettin red reacros from a dc2 teg , so it will be a black car with the odd little red extra through to break up all the black, and red and black are my favorites colours and i think they go good together.
