So, I went out a bought a brand new cheap aftermarket fender for $37 and painted it. Not the best paint job, but It looks better than before.
I just need a new front bumper next.

Realigned the shitty aftermarket fender. Here is the paint in the sun. Looks decent, not the best but better than before.
