Thanks, and its a b18b1 with a gsr or b16 tranny. The guy I got it from is the guy who runs Import alliance brother (Idk if you guys have heard of that). He told me it had short gears but didnt have the time to pull the trans off to check if b16 or gsr since he has to run his shop.

I know a few people that use this same setup for auto x and road racing and love it, they do a rebuild on the lower end and toss some cams in and boom good power that is reliable. Even the basic bolt on intake manifold, throttle body and looks like it has a header and a good tune should make good power that you will enjoy.

I have had a ls turbo ls vtec b20 vtec and b20 vtec turbo miss the ls vtec over all with a hondata s300, this setup is proven reliable if you set the rev limit between ls and b16 red line lol I went k20a so don't gotta worry n e more lol. Good luck with the build ate you going to do bay work at all?

Yea, it has a gsr TB, blox intake manifold, and DC exhaust manifold so I'm hoping it will be potent, and I do plan to time attack or auto x this one someday but realistically it'll be daily driven 99% of the time so I'm just looking for a little kick.
Ls/vtec or boost was my next plan for the summer cause I always wanted to try both. And for the bay, I'm probably not gonna do much except clean it up a little. I like the look of the wires out and the motor looking like it came that way factory. Its super dirty though.
Pics of dirty bay:
Parts building up, waiting on corner lights and coilovers:
And new catalytic converter, timing belt, water pump, and valve cover gasket. Cant hurt to be safe:
Motor wont be going in until I get this power steering lines figured out or if I can find a b series power steering pump.

Yea, It definitely needs love lol. The wheel is a Grip Royal "Royal Halo" wheel with a nardi horn button. It can be purchased here:
http://griproyal.bigcartel.com/products
And heres how she sits, getting rained on
:
Got me a PS pump and belt, figured it would be too much work and not worth it to delete PS:
Taking the VC off to see its insides:
But a box decided to distract me:
Back to the motor, looks very healthy:
And this bad boys been holding me back...Tucked harness. Luckily a budy of mine is giving me an obd1 gsr harness Saturday which means vtec plugs just in case
Took a look at the timing belt and it looks almost brand new so I left it alone:
And my gathered parts minus the works and ls swap:
And thats how my past couple of days have gone. also, coilovers are no longer coming but I will be buying my old koni/gc setup back from my brother.

Thanks!
Income tax just came in, and bought a obd2 10 pin dizzy jumper harness for an obd1 dizzy from rywire. Love that company, and a little more goods might be ordered tonight.

Thanks for the comments guys.
Jay- the grip royal wheel feels really strong. From what ive read, they were used for 240s that drifted cause they like those crazy colored wheels, you know lol. And im guessing thats why there's no horn button and i found them off a 240 forum. Only thing i recommend is to get a slim quick release.
