so your putting a obd2 engine and ecu in a obd1 car? if thats the case you probably would need a obd2 harness i would imagine to make it work properly. I know the 02 wiring is different. not sure what else.

- Fri Jan 20, 2012 4:24 pm #291211 The only other thing is the underdash harness. I think that's why they say its best no to use the donor engines engine harness. Because at some point the engine harness is going to have to connect to the underdash.
