- Mon Nov 05, 2007 1:37 am #28524 top off tank & reset trip odometer. drive till gas gets low and then fill the tank all the way up. Them look on the gas pump and it says how many gallons you just pumped. Divide that number into the miles on your trip odometer = your gas mileage :thumb:
