- Sun Nov 13, 2011 1:53 am #281240 Yeah I just about ready to start selling off all of the black interior pieces out of both coupes, carpet, trim etc. Got the air box and air control units as well. If you guys need anything let me know All the trim and head line came out clean with all clips from the dx.

So here Greenie is parked for the winter, I hope to get one more nice day so I can wash it before it snows or stays too cold. And there are some pictures of the EJ2 that I picked up for free that I am working on turning into a full track car. just about got everything off it ready to take it to the body shop.


And yes I gutted my EJ1 I am putting a 10 point cage in in January

- Fri Nov 25, 2011 3:41 am #282931 Well the EJ2 might be done :cry: started really looking into it and found rust has made its way all round the rear shock towers and the back half of the car is basically falling apart. Don't think it can with stand a 10 point cage nor a super stiff suspension setup. And dropping well over 3k is not worth the trouble of having to replace all the metal in the rear. Got a body guy coming to look at it next week to check it out. But hey got a clean dash that I might just toss in mine and spare parts off of it.

- Mon Nov 28, 2011 12:14 am #283198 Yeap this is correct, even traded the interior besides dash for a set of front control arms, sway bar and a clean rear bumper. So it is not a total loss I will end up pulling the pedal set and the clutch stuff as well before I do anything else. The rest can go with the car. Oh well time to just dump even more money into the EJ1.
