i figured that as well considering damn near everything else has a plug but i searched when i put in rear speakers and all i could find was the speaker plugs, however its not hard to run a hot wire and a ground with a switch which is what i will eventually do as i have a 24" LED bar that i had in the trunk of my VW....kinda rice but it works

in the spot where the light plugs into should be a plug taped up in there. stick your finger in the hole and kinda wiggle it around.
i know that sounds dirty

i had the whole rear deck off when i put in speakers and no plug, i dont think any of the coupes had trunk lights... now that i think of it i dont think ive seen any sedans at the wrecker with em either which would explain the lack of plug cause ive added a clock, a cluster W/ tach and the rear speakers all of which had plugs where they would be

only thing i can think of with trunk lights is the HB cause they have plastic panels in the trunk and the light is in one of the panels.

mine had both my sedan LX and EX coupe had wiring for it.

you need to look from the trunk inward. its not going to be under the rear speaker cover area.

just a sample pic but its in there. facing that way. you will have to dig a little for it.

hmm that sucks

i think there is a write up on how to wire it up (Its on a hatch but the concept is the same. )

#275718 you could run a fused hot wire to the trunk and use the ground from the trunk latch, it has a wire that sends the signal to the cluster for an open trunk, by this way the light on the trunk will turn on each time you open the trunk

#275719 in the case that its not prewired ill just do as i planned to in the first place, run a fused hot wire from the fuse block and the LED tube i have has a 3way switch off/on/ricey blink mode

#275819 well ill be damned http://www.used-oem.com/servlet/the-614/92-dsh-95-CiViC-*-Coupe/Detail

still havent found mine though i gotta get in there with a flash light and find it cause there definitely looks to be a hole for it as was posted in the picture above

but according to this thread DX/CX never came wired for em so that would explain the lack of plug http://honda-tech.com/showthread.php?t=2957294
