- Mon Aug 29, 2011 8:15 am #269449 Its a bit over 240km/h in 4th gear the 204km/h @ 7000rpm on the protocoll is in the 3rd gear.
The 1st run was 108hp and after the new software tune there ar 123hp thats a plus of 15hp only by the software tune :D
And if you think the base was a 90hp engine ...... damn

and that with the smallest valves Honda ever made (z1 head) stock cam (z1) and header (D16z6)

its so mutch fun to drive that thing its so a tipical from other Hondas, you can drive it like a diesel.

did some more work today and managed to finish all pipes and test fit.

all diameters are outside with a 1,5mm wall thicknes length is neutral fiber of the pipe

P1 = dia 40mm long 240mm
P2 = dia 42mm long with merge end 490mm
sec = dia 45mm long with merge end 180mm
collector = 130mm

Fits like a glove and 5mm room to the oil pan

the driving is realy good, now the car feels way better trough all gears and rpm's. So i can say it was worth doing it :D
