#213278 I have a 1992 honda civic cx im haveing problems with my oem clock...I know its not the clock itself (tested with one i know worked along with 5 others just in case lol) wanted to be extra sure.....anyhow this puzzles me ive experienced this one other time in one of my old friends hatchbacks it kept reseting itself.....So just wondering whats up with that the harness is oem never been touched and stuff like that everythings plugged in right etc etc.....

anyhow so quick notes of what happens
install clock
turn the key on till the fuel pump primes 2clicks i beleive till it comes on....
set it to a time lets say 730

now if i turn the key off after that pull it out and put it back in and turn the key on it still says 730

however if i set the time and turn the key off and wait 3+minutes it ends up resetting itself....to 1:00 so yea im rather stumped seems to me its the accessory power or constant 12v being interrupted somehow or something.....

if anyone could suggest somethign t check etc id really appreciate it id like to figure this out
Thanks

#213287 the clock resets it self when the backup fuse gets pulled out. 7.5A fuse, under the hood, check that fuse, replace it just to be safe.

#213290 Pretty sure there is a fuse for it as well in the fusebox by the driver side feet. Think it was on the Radio or acc fuse. I would check those out.
