- Wed Jul 07, 2010 4:33 am #203456 First off I don't have ac to begin with so I'm looking to put one in soon... I can get a 00civic for $500...will I be able to partout the ac and put it in my 93civic...thanks for looking 8)

- Wed Jul 07, 2010 6:08 am #203468 You might get away with using the compressor, but the EVAP system in-car is diff, enough to be a pain in the a$$. ou might be able to get it to work but I don't for sure. he lines are another story. I remember my 00 lines seemed to be more in the way in the engine bay vs the ones in my 94. Since they are rigid lines, the bends may not match up from the 00 to your 93

- Mon Jul 12, 2010 7:39 am #204230 dont buy it....$500 is alot for a used system..i bought my whole A/c system for $130 at my nearest pick and pull(junkyard)...And its better in my opinion to go to a junk yard and pull the ac system cause you learn how everything goes in.
