Well my roommate has a 92 Acura integra. An my prob is that when Im taking it through its gears it kinda bogs out an stops accelerating around 3 thousand then kicks back around four. My question is, why is that an how can i fix it? A little info on the motor, its a b18a1 An is completly rebuilt for turbo. But still n/a for now. Any help will be great. Thanks

assuming that the car hasnt really been modded or torn apart make sure that the light actually works. some people pull the bulb to make you think its not on.
so key over the ignition and see if it pops on for a second. if not theres prolly a cel.
get a bulb and stick it in there then i beleive its by the ecu where you car use a paper clip to jump the connection and the check light will blink your code.
since its obd1 you cant just look at the little blinky light like obd0
