Well according to my title of this you can tell my wipers don't work. So i cleaned the combo meter for the wipers and it didn't work and I'm sure i put it back together right, I even put it back together different ways just to be sure. Checked voltage on the plugs going to the wiper motor while it was disconnected, readings were near battery voltage. Is there a way i can like bench test the wiper motor or what I've done so far is good enough info to say the wiper motor is done.
