#194465 I just bought a new O2 sensor and the car still does the same thing. I even unhooked the battery unplugged the fuse and unplugged the ecu and plugged it all back in, but when my check engine light comes on and I try to diagnose it the check engine light just shuts off, but then I unplug it then it turns on again any idea? the car sputters into gear still I replaced just about everything.

#194521 I did bring it to a mechanic and said I needed a new ECU then I bought an ECU off craigslist for $80, My old one had a fried piece in it. This new ECU is a P28 but does look a little different and not sure why the cover said OBD1 DOHC on it. I have a d16z6, maybe wrong ECU?

#194534 Ha okay thanks I may have to wait a bit I bought a new distributor cap and rotor, a new fuel filter and today a new Oxygen sensor. I guess it is better to have newer stuff anyways.
