hi guys whats the best plug and play module to get every little hp from i/h/e...like access port have for subaru, evo etc...is there one that they make for our car?

There is no "reflash" for our OBD1 ECU's. You can have your ECU "chipped" and have an updated basemap or better yet a tune for your engine put on to it.
Pricing depends on where you go. Locally its about $80 to have an ECU chipped and a base map loaded on. Tuning is normally an hourly rate. My local tuning shop had Basemaps for engines like the D16z6 w/ I/H/E. that will give you a little better power until you can afford tuning. They can also do cool things such as SRS shift light, Check engine shift light, 2step launch control, full throttle shifting, etc...
