to run a 15x8 +25mm, you're going to have to roll your fenders and propably put a good stretch on the tire, assuming your civic is lowered.

#17351 stretched, the sidewalls are pulled in near the tread. It avoids rubbing compared to if there were a more square tire like a 225.

I see it done mostly on european cars, especially VW's.

A tire can become less safe if stretched too far, also will protect your rim less from curbs/potholes
