nope.
this only works with the single cam "F" series blocks and the "H" series DOHC head. known as the "G" motor.

just depends on what rought you wanna go.. no swap is gonna be "cheap" you can go egay(ebay) for mounts and everything you need and it will be cheaper, but if you want something "quick" and easy i would suggest finding a obd1 gsr b18c1 or even a b18b/a. if you go ls you can boost and have a mid 13-low 12 second car, you can peice together a turbo kit for under 750 with a tune..
there is also the rought of doing a b16a2 out of the "ek"(em1) usdm si but there gonna be a little more work, having to convert from obd2 to obd1.(with your plugs) there are jumper harness fror the ecu that are around 200 buck (correct me if im wrong)
but like i said its all up to what you wanna do. and how you want ur car... remember the famous slogan.... honda "the power of dreams"

^^
boosting a LS and getting it tuned will cost MORE than $750 99% of the time.

If you want a cheap DOHC swap, a B18b will be just that. Most of time it will be cheaper then a B16, Has much more torque then the b16 and tons of upgrade potenial.
If you get a B18b and a b16 or b18c transmission. You will beat stock and lightly modded b16's The B18b's turbo qutie well making them a good option.
