When you get your car "tuned" the Computer that runs your engine(ECU) is edited to run better with the modifications that have been done to your engine.
Hondata S200 and S300 are good tuning options, There are other cheaper options out there as well, Such as Uberdata and Nepture for much less money. Crome is also out there, Not really that good of a path.
You need to get your car "tuned" after Turbo/Super Charging your engine, Putting in a cam, Installing different injectors(pointless w/o other mods that would require tuning anyways), etc. After basic Intake headers and exhaust you dont NEED a tune, however a good tuner will pick up some stray ponys.
There are quite a few cool tuning options such as 2step and many gear based corrections.
I highly recommend talking to a tuner, explain what you want to do and they can get you there or tell you what to do to get you there.
Hope that helps.
