- Sun Feb 28, 2016 7:41 pm #358564 Well it must have been the coilpack. the one i pulled out of my B7 looked to be about brand new so i gave it a shot. starts hot and cold no problem and runs great. so i went ahead and gave it some new plugs/wires/cap/rotor/fuel filter while i was at it.

such a simple fix but i was chasing my tail over that CTS because it did throw a code for it and it went exactly the same way as last time [smilie=BangHead.gif] [smilie=BangHead.gif] [smilie=BangHead.gif]

but hey its done and over with.

This applies to OBD1 only right? I'm pretty sure I remember looking at a spare coil from my 96 HX and it was different. :thumb:


OBD0, OBD1, OBD2 to the best of my memory. I'll check and confirm.
