alright i've searched and searched online and read all the pages saying, can't be done and heads to wide and lots of other stuff but i want like a more definitive like heres the bore spacing of a zc heres the bore spacing of a b16a head or heres a zc head casket (shows coolant port locations) and a b16a head gasket
No articles have been done to disprove this theory because 10+ years ago people looked at a b16 head and a DOHC zc block and could tell by eyeballing it that there was no way it was going to happen. No need to spend the time documenting the differences for comparison, they're that far apart that it will never be cost effective for it to be attempted.
There's been some pretty crazy stuff done with honda motors, such as the reverse mounted h22 head swap, but B16a head on DOHC zc block has never been documented. The 2 guys in the pic you posted saying they did it both have their hood shut on the pic of their civic.
If it is possible, I'd like to see it
