#343481 you probably have a vacuum leak. when the engine is running take carb/brake cleaner and spray it all around the intake manifold and such and listen for the engine speed to change. thats a quick way to find the leak

#343495 Another thing to check is that there is enough slack in the throttle cable for the throttle body to close all the way. If its just a tiny bit too tight after putting everything back together, it will keep the tb open enough to make the engine idle high.
