Also different climate controls and OBD2a 98-98 vs OBD2b 99-00.
99-00 hatch tail lights don't have amber in the lens.
to name a few...

what about the silver eks what colors the seats and dashboards/interior???

DX and CX for 96-98 have the same motor
i think DX had AC and PWR steering

gray interior only

metal rear spoiler

deluxe hubcabs and 14 inch steel wheels.

available auto transmission

CX: optional AC and PS
plastic rear spoiler
gray interior only.
13 inch steel wheels

99-00

face lift.
red/clear tail lights

and pretty much the same options.
and i think CX had the option for auto transmission these years.
and 96-98 = obd2a
99-00 = obd2B


and for the 99-00 year models the radio plugs are different

VP sedans (were DX's) had remote locks. (controlled by the radio)
