- Tue Oct 25, 2011 2:58 pm #278988 betty now has a mitsibushi gto front cross member as a fender! Gives the rad a bit more protection than the standard one. Block and gbox now white with black furniture. a be fitting a full cage and braces all round. Also getting a sump guard and wide arches on the back.

- Wed Nov 02, 2011 4:09 pm #279835 Plexiglass will be much lighter but scratch much easier. I wouldn't use on a street driven car. Lexan is better than plexiglass and has a tougher top coating but will still wear, especially if something scratches through that very thin hard top layer.

- Tue Jan 17, 2012 5:11 pm #290505 Evenin all, some progress. Were building a new inlet manifold for betty, Using 3 inch pipe. It will be longer than standard so the throttle body will clear the end of the head. Il put some pics up when its ready and painted.
