however.

i had to make linkage.
replace exhaust.
intake.
dizzy.
locate and buy correct axels (it had none but the mid shaft)
re-wire vtec to actually work properly.
re-wire injectors
speedo cable
plugs
and throw my Phat 5's on there

basicly did everything but bolt the motor to the car.

i say i basicly built this car need opinions lol

You got a really nice Project Car, and finished it. That's awesome. Its always sad to see project cars never get finished.

Out of Curiosity since its an EF, Whats mounts are you running? Did the previews owner cheap out and go with OEM DA Teggy mounts or get something nice?

bought=a car that is running driving and you do nothing to it and keep it the way the previous owner had it (maybe do a minor tweak or two but the majorstuff stays the same)

built = blood sweat and tears, and of coarse money of your own gets boiled down into a soup and spilt over the car to make it your own machine if you do more than 75-80% of the work on the car to get it into said condition it presents itself then its built....



Id consider the CRX you have built. as sure the previous owner dropped in the motor but thats the easy part you did the wiring got it running and driving etc. :thumb: for a nice clean crx do not see these very often at all...

Fat 5's look good, but will look much better if the car were a little lower. What suspension does it have?

And if you built your own shift linkage, that's impressive fab work. I say that qualifies as a build. :thumb:

as far as suspension im not sure of the springs but the shocks are tokico blues and skunk2 rear lowers and uppers in the front.

got some new lower balljoints and tierod ends too :thumb:

anyhow some things i would suggest doing just for bettering your crx's usage

-92-95 climate control upgrade instead of the shitty easily broken crx one if i ever got another crx thatd be my first mod besides mpfi if it didnt have it already.....

also just for haha's i would go to a half radiator dose the same job but takes up less space....

and if yo really wanted to get fancy JDM CRX SIR glass top roof idk why but i would love to have something like that


and also nice rims ive seen them before on a crx but none the less they are a awesome choice....and im with chrono- every time i see you updated your thread it just keeps getting better and better
