alot smoother power and its just a fun motor
iv been messing with my timing a bit if you get an adjustable cam gear advance your timing like4 degrees for over all power
if you want high end go to like 12 or 15 advanced haha
pulls hard at 4k lol real hard
but yes its worth it and get an ex/si trans and your good to go

i put my new coilovers and struts in the front and basically cam to a halt when i went to put the rears in
broke 3 bolts
and now im just waiting till i have some cash for new lca's and camber adjustment
been doing little things like a dead switch and working on my own security system will post pics whenever theres real progress

well im gettin the motor complete for 300 comes with a aem cam gear and dc header and unknown about the internals or head work,

so set the timing at 16*btdc then adv it 4*
and im just stick with my b7 trans for now, unless u can conver cable trans to hydro then i might beable to get this guys trans too(swap is outta a ef)

stock timing plus 4* advanced and i feel like i gained good all around power but my motor is close to 10.1 to 1 compression so you might not get the same gains but id try it haha no harm you can always put it back to stock
as for hydro cable conversions it can be done idk how easily tho
the ex si trans are the best trans ever
its crazy how much they help
and if your swapping tranies get a 10lb flywheel

but ya i was just wornderin cuz i herd that there not much faster cuz the sedans weigh like 2300 lbs. but i cant wait to do my swap, im repainting my bay and gonna clean and prob paint the motor too :thumb:

ahhh haters everywhere lol jaykay
but im a real big fan of single cams, i love there abilities to make good power, but the h2d might go in a coupe or another sedan that is gonna be built for auto x, :thumb:

this is how i see it
the h22 has more hp then b16/gsr/ls/k20 and has more torque then a b20 and all the other motors and its cheaper

so more hp and torque for less
but the bad thing is there expensive to work on
my plan is gonna be like 2000 just in the cams alone :twisted:
