after my tires were down I decided to end the season and to start my build again

little update for h-t, big update for me
after having 5 Hondas with N/A build engines I'm going with an JRSC build :scared:






I don't want to drop in everthing like it was, want to reseal it, new paint (VHT alucast), new oil for the charger and some porting





I will buy some parts in the next month to start the build in october

Needs some love and new paint :hugs:




Fitted some JRSC parts to check how everything works:








And had a litte issue with the distributor connection...but thanks to honda-tech ... I found a solution! :thumbup:

I'm missing an angle on the top, so I tried to figure out which size it has to be






So I called a local machine shop and we made this



And GLAD that I have a second of this guy


Preowner solded the pulley on the alternator :hammer:

New radiator support


GSR intake cam (PN me for CTR exhaust cam :-P )




Spoon ftw!






And had some fun with my engine.... It took a looooong time to clean everything

The last 4 weeks I was doing the belt adjustment...was pain in the ass ... now I hate this more then everything else!

I used everything...dremel, grinding machine, washers... but in the end I won!

After everything seems to fit I pulled the engine in to test if everything will fit....




















Next I will test everything, then I will drop out the engine and do some fixes if needed and put in the EK9/GSR cams
