Know I've been away for a while but the progress on your build is amazing looking really good and loving the ep3 cali idea might have to start shopping for some myself. What 300mm discs are you using as ep3s are 5 stud???

you can use EP3 disks an drill new holes....what I do not prefer!
Or you can use some Fiat Coupe Turbo discs ...

specs:
4x98, 305mm disc and 59mm centering.... you have to edit them a little bit but I think thats better then drilling new holes

unfortunately the are no Discs with 4x100 300mm and 64,1mm centering

Thanks for the tip I should be able to get fiat coupe breaks easy enough by edit them do you mean get the machined down to size???

OEM EP3 300mm brake disc


Opel 300mm brake disc


Renalult Scenic JM0/1 300mm brake disc


Seat Ibiza Cupra R 30mm brake disc








Fiat Coupe 20V Turbo 300mm brake disc


MINI CLUBMAN (R55) COOPER S


You can use any of these brake discs.... but you have to edit them all ^^

what an amazing comliment ^^ thanks! But I don't now .... I think there are a lot Coupes with much more quality in the build up.
I mean the guys who radiates the axles and put everywhere new paint, new seal and new bolts but really thanks for the compliment!

todays work
- seat rails
- roll cage install
- seat install
- fit new rear endlinks
- new joint balls
- renew drive shafts and install



















third time BYS stlye lip....on more accident with the road an I will go with the OEM lip

I used the holidays to go on with my car
I put everything together and did a first test drive.















As you can see ... or not :-P I got some spoon style mirrors new painted lip and everthing works well so far

after the car was "ready" for season ..... I got some ideas and started again with some work



new clutch line and slave




The engine bay was clean now....but not clean enough and the purple don't fit with all the blue color accents ... ^^
The engine is out now and I will do some head work
