- Tue Jan 01, 2008 10:30 pm #35990 thanks i wish i had took some before picture of the rust as the repair job is quite good considering the bottom corner of the arch had about 2 inches missing so i cut it away until there was good metal and welded up a rounded corner section from a metal box i had then fibre glassed over and body filler for a smooth finnish
