#77084 ok i have a D16z6 motor thats about to go turbo going to run 12 pounds was wondering how man cc to use. i was thinking bout 660 cc but im thinking thats to much fuel being shot into the motor might get to rich. so im just wondering.

#77092 yeah that's a little overkill. I think something in the 450cc range will be good depending on the power you squeeze out of it.

edit: moving this to the BOOST section since it has to do with turbo and not the coupe chassis :wink:

#77101 get a fuel pressure regulator and gauge.

you can run 450cc easily. i ran that when i was 10psi @ 40psi fuel pressure.

i upgraded to 550cc to run 16psi easily with more room to grow.





be sure to build a z6.. cause 12psi is alot on a stock z6

#77643 I agree with ^^^^ 12 pounds is a little much on a bone stock z6 maybe 5 or 6 even 8 pounds is pushing it unless you got something holding the bottom end a little bit better. Even with a great tune its going to be putting more stress on the motor and getting hotter with EGTs.
