I'd just upgrade. I have a Motorola 2.5 bar map sensor I'm selling. $30 shipped

The oem map will throw a cel around 11 psi. I've got the Motorola 2.5 bar map on my setup and it's great... Will give you a little room to turn up the boost down the road.

oem map sensor can only measure up to +10.x psi.
if your going to boost 10psi or more, you need to upgrade and re-tune with then new map sensor.
keep in mind you will want to have a boost cut in your tune in case of surging or your w/g fails.
