Pistons and rods questions?? Need Help

Im planning on buying some ebay turbo pistons, i think they are some cheaper pistons of Vitara's.
I was going to put my stock rods and just the turbo pistons on. Is it good for my motor and will it hold the hp? Need Help Asap, Thanks

- Tue Mar 13, 2012 1:35 am #297992 The rods are the weak link. I would upgrade those while you are going to upgrade the pistons. The LS rods are a cheap upgrade. But all this really depends on your turbo setup and what kind of power you'll be pushing.

ycp vitaras + eagle or fj custom length rods.
if thats to expensive, find another way to spend your money.
