Back in the game

- Wed Feb 16, 2011 9:06 am #238757 well its been awhile since ive been back in an eg, i had an eg before then went to a bmw then now back into an eg... its great to be back and this build is based on my dream back in highschool 8 years ago, paint and body isnt all that great but exterior never meant to much to me as long as the chassis is straight... well heres the build and some pics there are things that arent in the pics that i got... and i am running ps and ac as well with the swap... still a work in progress as in any project but im taking my time...well enjoy :)

That pic of you being arrested behind your car w/ hood open is awesome! :lol:

That EG is 99% perfect... some fresh clear coat and it will be mint!

I like how the engine looks OEM with the header heat shield & air box. I know it's Cali law but it looks clean!

- Wed Feb 16, 2011 3:55 pm #238802 thanks everyone and teal yeah that was my goal i just did the swap about 6 months ago and i am planning to go to state ref to bar the motor so no hassle from cops over here in cali and for the first pic yeah thats my friend, hes a plaza security and i just had a brain storm for that picture, my other friend told me next time i should put empty beer bottles in front of the car lol :lol:

to tell u the truth the rims came as a package deal when i bought the 5-lug brake conversion and ive never seen them before, they are 2 peice wheels as far as i can tell and my friend said the exact same thing they do look like bbs rs but u kno works they dont make any replicas so im pretty sure theyre rims of there own and from some ppl ive spoke to theyre supposedly rare... :?

You took the words right outta my mouth. Good to see you back bro. Take it to the shop have it resprayed and it should be a nice looking car. :thumb:

swapped out the blox rear lca for some skunk 2 lcas with poly hybrid bushing inserts

and i forgot to mention i have hasport street motor mounts i just updated/edit the mod list

the next mod will be to get the side skirts prepped and get my cf spoon lip on and my friend has a cf hood for me on lay away the brand i believe is fiber image
