What a way to end a night!

- Tue Jul 31, 2007 5:29 am #17982 So, hungover...Some friends and i decide to go swimming on Sunday, i parked my car at m,y friends apartment...the same parking lot to a church.

We swam and had a great day, went to McDonald's to top it off.

My car has been working GREAT lately...something i'm not used to,so i was looking forward to driving it!

I get in the car and notice a note under my wiper...thinking its someone saying i cant park here or something, i grab it read it, it says. "i was backing up and i scratched your bumper" along with her information.

So i get out and look around the car don't see any scratches on the bumper, get around to the 1/4 and i see this!

So i called her today and she felt sooo bad, nearly in tears as i'm talking to her. She asked what i figured it would cost to fix it... i told her if a shop did it prolly like $1000...or more,(just guessing). But me being nice i told her i could do all the work myself, she asked how much and we settled on a number we were both happy with! So she came over right away and gave me money we talked for a while, and now its over with !!

With the money i got i will be able to put in a new 1/4 and re paint the whole car a new color ;).

A happy ending. (for me)
