my hatch project!!

- Fri Jul 13, 2007 11:29 pm #14229 so having three cars kinda gets to be alot of work and i dont have much free time due to work. plus living in a condo makes it hard to find parking and my home owners asscoiation is all assholes, so one is being put on the chopping block and while i have two coupes and one hatch, ive decided to get rid of the worste of the two coupes. which is the white one with the b18b1 in it. so tomorrow my and my friend are playing musical motors and swapping the b18 into my hatch and the d15 into the coupe. theres alot of parts that im going to be swapping onto the hatch, and since i own both cars its not gonna cost me a thing!! just time lol

by the time its done the hatch will have
b18b1 integra ls motor
integra rear disc brakes
integra front brakes
" suspension
short shifter
front and rear strut tower bars
c-pilliar bar
amber corners
and a few other things

will post pics up tomorrow after the motor swaps are done of the progress, but just incase you havent seen it on here yet, heres a pic of my hatch now

when im done the white car will be forsale... just an fyi if your looking for a stock 95 civic dx lol

- Sun Jul 15, 2007 2:59 am #14319 no pics yet, there on my friends camera, who did all the work i just stood around, but the ls motor is out and the d15 is sitting in the white carnot but not hooked up, should have it running tomorrow, but the hatch prob wont be ready for a few days, will have pics up tomorrow

- Tue Jul 17, 2007 12:22 am #14495 money wise i actually lucked out on these two cars, the coupe with the integra LS motor for $600 and drove it home, the hatch i bought with a blown headgasket for $375, so add them up and the few parts ive gotten for them, id say i have about $1500 in both cars and about 60hrs of time, not bad cant beat it
